I’m a certified Functional Health Practitioner and the founder of Be Balanced Co. I started Be Balanced because I wish something like it existed when I was in the thick of my symptoms. For years, I felt tired, bloated, puffy, and off—but kept getting told everything looked "normal."
Eventually, I found functional medicine, did the right lab testing, and finally got answers: I had high cortisol, Hashimoto’s, PCOS, insulin resistance, and gut issues all at once. Once I understood how everything was connected, I finally knew how to support my body properly, and things got better, and now I’m on a mission to help you do the same.
